Dr. Matthew Kelsey
Licensed psychologist specializing in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) & DSM-V

Since earning his doctorate in clinical psychology in 2017 and obtaining full licensure in 2019, Matthew has been dedicated to providing exceptional care. As a key member of Warrior Alliance, he offers invaluable behavioral health nexus support, helping veterans establish connections between their symptoms and military service to navigate the VA disability claims process successfully. Matthew’s passion for veterans’ well-being shines through his expertise, compassion, and commitment to making a positive impact in their lives. When he’s not working, Matthew enjoys traveling, working out, and playing various stringed instruments alongside his wife in middle Tennessee.
Jamie Rigoni, PA-C
US Army veteran who enlisted as a medic in 2005.
Jamie Rigoni, PA-C, is a US Army veteran who enlisted as a medic in 2005. He is a military-trained Physician Assistant, having graduated from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program in 2011. Over the past 12 years, he has worked in various medical fields, including Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and General Surgery, treating thousands of patients with complex medical issues. In 2021, Jamie served a tour in the Middle East and then went through the VA claims process upon returning. This experience taught him two things: firstly, a Veteran going through the VA claims process without help is unlikely to ask for everything they are entitled to. Secondly, the claims process does not ask ‘what else’ is related to what the Veteran is claiming. As a Veteran and a provider, Jamie believes he can assist others in navigating the VA claims process and help them claim the benefits they deserve.
