How We Work
At Warrior Alliance, we empower veterans through comprehensive support in the VA disability claims process. Beginning with a meticulous review of documents, we analyze each case to identify service-related conditions. Our tailored plans include services like Nexus Letters and Telehealth visits, ensuring veterans receive the benefits they deserve while honoring their sacrifices.
Process we follow
Record Review
The first essential step in our process involves a detailed review of every document and record you provide. Our providers carefully examine your medical history, ensuring no detail is overlooked to fully understand your unique situation. This personalized approach guarantees that your claims are constructed on a solid foundation, accurately reflecting the depth of your experiences and the specifics of your service. Our commitment to this thorough examination is steadfast, ensuring that every critical aspect of your case is considered.
Uploading Documents
Warrior Alliance provides a secure online portal where you can upload all essential documents, including files from Veterans Affairs (VA), service treatment records, medical records from civilian doctors, and supportive statements from you or your friends. This digital space serves as a safe repository for all your important medical
evidence, allowing our team to access and review your information efficiently.
Detailed Analysis
Upon reviewing your documents, our team will meticulously assess them to pinpoint any medical conditions potentially linked to your service. Should additional evidence be required to bolster your claims, the Warrior Alliance team will guide you through the next steps. This may include obtaining further medical evaluations or documents. We may recommend scheduling a Telehealth appointment, completing specific disability benefit
questionnaires (DBQs), or seeking evaluations from private doctors to strengthen your case.
Tailored Plan
After collecting and analyzing all relevant information, our team will develop a customized plan tailored to address your specific needs and claims. Depending on your unique situation, we may recommend various services, including:
Nexus Letters
These are letters from experts that connect your medical conditions to your service, explaining how one affects the other.
DBQs (Disability Benefits Questionnaires)
These are special forms that provide detailed information about your medical conditions, helping to establish your eligibility for benefits and your rating.
Telehealth Visits
These are online appointments with medical professionals that are primarily focused on assessing the severity of your conditions for the Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Rather than a general health check-up, these visits aim to provide specific information required for the DBQs. This helps in detailing the extent and impact of your service-related conditions, essential for your claims process.
